It is respectfully dedicated to the cast and crew whose professionalism and talent shaped the production—even though some of them regret their involvement and would prefer to forget the whole thing…
It is also dedicated to the members of the “Friends and Fugitives” Yahoo Group and, especially, to the memory of Jane Fenn, in tribute to her warm good spirit, her generosity, her mischievious sense of humour, her loyalty to the people around her—and to her phenomenal courage.
